I know the struggle you face as a leader. It’s important to feel like you are winning and making a difference in the lives of those in the organization you lead. For many years I have been a bi-vocational Pastor and have worked as a human resource manager and executive coach in the manufacturing sector. I have two coaching certifications with Logan Leadership as well as with GiANT, a large coaching network operating around the world. In additional to being the Senior Pastor of local church, I also serve at the Asian Regional Co-ordinator for USA Vineyard Missions. I’ve worked all over the world with many different leaders in different contexts.
