Interpersonal difficulties at home or at work are a direct result of our inability to communicate well. Learning how to have more dynamic and effective conversations is the aim of this material.  Enjoyable and confidence-building conversations can be acquired through the practical application of “Fierce Conversations,” an expression coming from Susan’ Scott’s book of the same name.  The author defines a fierce conversation as “One in which we come out from behind ourselves, into the conversation and make it real.” She believes that interpersonal difficulties are a direct result of our inability to communicate well.
